Colour Healing Masterclass

My half day workshop looks at the following:

• History of colour
• Different vibrations of colours and their meaning
• Complementary colours - getting the balance right
• Chakras – we will do an exercise to recognise which chakras need strengthening, and work with colour to improve them
• The impact of colour in your home and workplace
• Colour energies in what you wear
• Colour and conflict – with an exercise to protect your energy from negativity
